Abroad Scholarship Beneficiary Dedicates Graduation to Hon. Mashood Mustapha 

 

One of the beneficiaries of oversea scholarship awards of Hon. Mustapha Mustapha who represented Asa/Ilorin West Federal Constituency in the 7th National Assembly, Mr. Salami Taofeek Olawale, an indigene of Otte town in Asa Local Government Area of the constituency, dedicated his graduation ceremony to his benefactor, Hon. Mashood Mustapha through his facebook post on his graduation day.

 

Record has it that Hon. Mashood Mustapha, who is the Special Adviser to Senate President Abubakar Bukola Saraki on Intra-Parliamentary Affairs, Special Duties and Protocol Matters enrolled hundreds of his constituents on several scholarship schemes home and abroad. The young man was however, sponsored to study Marine Engineering in the University of Perpetual Help System, Philippine in Asia sometimes in 2013 and just graduated as a Marine Pilot on 28th April, 2016.

 

As a very grateful beneficiary, he wrote on his Facebook timeline, ” Wow today is my graduation day!!! Glory be to almighty Allah. It wasn’t easy but finally the journey has ended today. Once again, i congratulate my self…i missed you so much my mommy, daddy…. mommy i missed your presence here. When i look forward today, i thought you are sitting beside me but i will never forget your words… Strong enough to withstand your dream.

 

My appreciation goes to the person of Honorable Mashood Mustapha, i pray may almighty Allah continue to bless your way. My happiness today is dedicated to you sir… I could remember when i left Honorable Moshood Mustapha’s house that day, i said sir, this journey is too long, not knowing that it’s end has started that very day.
