Kwara SME Bureau Donates Cash to Family of Late Worker

The Kwara State Bureau of Small and Medium Scale Enterprise has presented a cash donation of N100, 000 to the family of its deceased worker, Mr. Moses Oriade, who died on Saturday, 30 July, 2016.

In addition to the cash donation, the Bureau also gave the family the July salary of the deceased.

Before his death, Mr. Moses was a security guard at the State Youth Farm Center at Share in Ifelodun local government area.

Presenting the cash gift to the family, the State Deputy Chief of Staff, Mr. Leke Ogungbe urged the surviving son of the late worker, Sunday Oriade to take care of his aged mother.

Mr. Sunday appreciated the State government for the kind gesture extended to them and promised to utilise the fund appropriately.

The Technical Adviser to Governor Abdulfatah Ahemd on Small and Medium Enterprises Development, Mr. Olusegun Soewu, described the late Moses as a responsible worker who was always punctual at work and discharged his duties wholeheartedly.

Soewu said the death of Mr. Moses was painful and unfortunate, while praying to God to comfort the family during this difficult period.
