#Sallah: Senator Rafiu Congratulates Muslim; Distributes Rams for Sacrifice
The Kwara South Senator, Dr Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim, has congratulated Muslim world wide for this year’s Eid-El-Kabir celebration in advance.
The Senator rejoiced with his constituents and the generality of Muslim for the opportunity of another Sallah celebration.
In his usual tradition, Senator Rafiu distributed hundreds of Rams for sacrifice with large sum of money to his people from Kwara South and beyond in the mood of Sallah.
The distribution which kick started on Saturday, 18th August, 2018 in his residence had stakeholders, Party elders, Excos, spiritual fathers and his Constituency Office Aides led by Alhaji Abdulrauf Akogun started the distribution with prayers for the Senator, and his political Leader, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki.
At the prayer session marking this year’s distribution of money and Rams for sacrifice, there were prayers for the Senate President, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki for divine guidance and protection over his political journey come 2019. They prayed to God Almighty to keep him safe and use him to give the country a new direction geared towards development in 2019.
The beneficiaries who trooped in from all wards in the seven Local Government Areas across the Kwara South Senatorial District were full of joy with the hope of having a blissful Sallah celebration.
They thanked the Senator for is usual and regular responsiveness to the plights of his constituents.
