Sarah Adebayo Urges Community To Remain Steadfast In Their Support For Saraki

A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stalwart, Hajia Sarah Adebayo, has urged the people of Ayegbami in Ibagun Ward of Ilorin East Local Government Area of Kwara State to remain steadfast in their support for the national leader of the party and President of the Senate, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki.

She reminded the people of the love of Saraki for them, which culminated in the appointment of sons and daughters of the area into juicy offices from 2003 till date.

Hajia Adebayo, who was on a sensitisation visit to the area, appealed to the people to vote massively for the PDP candidates in next year’s general elections, with a particular emphasis on the House of Representatives election for Ilorin East/ South Federal Constituency.

The grassroot politician, who is also the Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission, asked the people to resist being deceived by certain politicians who turned against Saraki after he made them, saying that such persons have nothing to offer them.

Hajia Adebayo said Kwara remains the stronghold of Saraki, adding that any community desirous of development must queue behind the winning party.

She assured them of quality representation by the PDP House of Representatives candidate for Ilorin East/ South Federal Constituency, Alh AbdulWahab Issa, whom she described as a tested, trusted and trustworthy politician.

She promised to transmit the demands of Ayegbami community, which include the construction of Ayegbami- Adabiyya road and installation of an electricity transformer donated to the community by Kwara state government since 2015.

Earlier, the chairman of Ayegbami Community Development Association, Alh Salihu Alabi Oloru, had thanked Hajia Adebayo and her team for the visit.
