It was a moment of euphoria today when the Special Adviser to Senate President Abubakar Bukola Saraki on Special Duties, Intra-Parliamentary Affairs and Protocol Matters, Hon. Mashood Mustapha popular called MM visited his ward, Alanamu ward of Ilorin west LGA of Kwara state with a federal job letter he facilitated through the office of Senate President.
Hon. Mustapha who was represented by members of MM Group led by its Chairman, Alhaji Solihu Otubu, presented the appointment letter of Public Complaint Commission, to Mr. Obalowu of Aberi Compound, Adabata Junction of Alanamu ward. During the presentation of the letter, he made it known that the juiciness of the Office of Senate President is enough for all and sundry and that with time, every family will feel the positive impacts of the office in Kwara. He disclosed that several other families have benefited employment and empowerment gestures from the office since June 9 when he emerged as the nation’s number three citizen till date. “Senator Saraki has been empowering our Youths and elders since day one of his emergence as Senate President. Several appointments have been facilitated and many more will come by the Special grace of God.” He said. He also dolled food items to members of the party as his own kind-hearted succor to the people in the face of the current economic challenges facing the nation at large. Other members of the group in attendance are Alhaji Rasaq Abosioyoyan, Alhaji Igbayilola Akande among others.
In his reaction to the gesture, the chairman of APC in Alanamu ward, which is the ward with highest number of polling units in Kwara state, Alhaji Abdulrahman Giwa thanked Hon. Mustapha for the job and other timely financial assistances he has been rendering to the party and its members. He described him as an epitome of human capital developments owing to his numerous juicy federal jobs, home and abroad scholarships he facilitated for the people of Alanamu before and while representing the people of Asa/Ilorin West Federal Constituency at National Assembly Abuja. “we appreciate Hon. Mustapha for he has been paying our secretariat rent for more than a decade and remembering our youths with juicy jobs even before he was elected as a House of Representative member in the 7th Assembly,” Alhaji Giwa said.
Other members of the party, especially the elders sought Allah’s guidance and protection for Senator Bukola Saraki to allow him hold firmly the position and bring home many good things for Kwarans.
