Today makes it one year since I joined other distinguished colleagues from all the Senatorial Districts across the country to elect you as the President of the Senate of the Federal Republic. I make bold to say you have not disappointed us.
Under the leadership of Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, CON, the Turakin Ilorin, the Eighth Senate has positively intervened through laws, motions and resolutions, investigations of petitions and quality debates in areas which touch on the day to day survival of Nigerians and that of the corporate entity.
For these reasons and much more, on behalf of the good people of Kwara South Senatorial District in particular, and Kwara State in general, I celebrate my mentor, a distinguished patriot, consummate strategist and genuine leader of men.
