I STAND BY SARAKI TEAM CELEBRATES HAJIA SAARAT AT 47
It was a colourful and historical moment yesterday when all friends and political associates painted everywhere with pictures, messages, encomium, to celebrate the birth of the Kwara Iron Lady and Kwara State APC Woman Leader, Hajia Saarat Ajihun Adebayo.
Indeed birthday celebration is truly a reflection of the past years, assessment of the current status and expectation of years ahead.
There were many revelations of whom Hajia Saarat was, her relationship with people and how well she has touched the lives of people in different ways.
Both old and young, rich and poor, influential and commoners, had one good story to tell about her soft heart, kindness, humility, and the spirit of togetherness.
The high point of the celebration was the surprise dinner organized for her by the #IStandBySaraki group to mark her new age.
At the dinner, the celebrant was so surprised, humbled and full of appreciation for all who have made her day a memorable one despite she had no plan to have any celebration.
Speakers at the dinner whose goodwill messages were heart touching are the Chairman of IStandBySaraki Team and former Personal Assistant to Senate President Bukola Saraki on domestic affairs, Alhaji Kale Ajanaku, The Chairman of Heve Water, Alhaji Mashood Salau, Kwara APC PRO, Alhaji S. O. Buhari, Kwara APC Treasurer, Alhaja Kehinde Baale, former Special Assistants to Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed, Prince Yusuf Sulu Gambari and Alhaji Abdulfatah Sholagberu, social analysts, Mr. Abdulrahman Abdullahi Kayode and Abdulqadir Abdulganiyy and a son of the celebrant, Mr. Bolaji Adebayo. Other members of IStandBySaraki Team including Alhaji Biodun Baraje and Alhaji Nasir Subair also sent their goodwill messages through telephone call from Abuja.
While praying for the celebrant, prayers were said for the Senate President, Kwara State Governor, Saraki’s dynasty and absolute peace in the land.
It was a time to dine, wine, toast, cut cake, and take pictures. The diner was however solely for her, her immediate family and friends. In her vote of thanks, the celebrant apologised to her thousands of fans, friends, and other well wishers who weren’t called along for the dinner, saying it wasn’t by her making as it was organized for her and a surprise for that matter.
Wishing her long life and more prosperity with good health, happiness and divine elevation.
