​Hon. Mashood Mustapha Congratulates Owalobo of Obbo-IleJubilee On Silver Jubilee, Lunches Proposed Palace With a Million Naira

It was an atmosphere filled with aura in Obbo-Ile, a town in the Ekiti local government area of Kwara state when the Special Adviser to Senate President Bukola Saraki on Intra-Parliamentary Relation, Protocol Matters and Special Duties, Hon. Mashood Mustapha fondly called MM, stormed the ancient town alongside his political associates for the the Silver Jubilee (25th) Coronation Anniversary of Owal’Obbo of Obbo-ile, His Royal Majesty, Oba Rufus Olusegun Adebayo (JP) Akamo-Ekun 1. The anniversary which was attended vastly by hundreds of Royal monarchs from Kwara state and beyond, including Oloffa of Offa, Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi also gathered sons and daughters of the town from all walks of life. 

Hon. Mashood Mustapha who was the Chief Luncher during the lunching of the N50,000,000 (fifty million naira) Obbo-ile Palace Development Fund, which was part of the activities to mark the memorable ceremony, congratulated the Royal Monarch on his 25 years of productive leadership offered the good people of the town and prayed for many more peaceful years on the throne. He then lunched the proposed palace with a sum of N1,000,000 (one million naira) with immediate disbursement. 

The happy celebrant, Oba Rufus, in his appreciation note, described Hon. Mashood Mustapha as a philanthropist whose encompassment spans all ethnic and religious categories. He therefore expressed, on behalf of the entire sons and daughters of the town, his profound gratitude to Hon. MM and prayed his present position would not be the terminus to good things to come his way but an opening path for better things to come.
