As part of efforts to make Kwara State more conducive for investment and economic growth, Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed has assured that his government will continue to deploy infrastructure across the State.
The governor gave the assurance while receiving members of Igbomina Project, North America led by its Chairman, Alhaji Taiwo Salau at the Government House, Ilorin on Tuesday.
He praised the group for providing ambulance services and maintained that the government had recorded milestone in achieving the target of accessing healthcare within 500 metres,
The Governor who admitted that the government is challenged in meeting its responsibilities tasked individuals and groups to support key sectors in the state particularly the health and education sector.
The Governor commended Kwara State Association in North America (KSANG) and its various organs for impacting positively on the lives of the people at home.
Speaking earlier, the Chairman, Igbomina Project, North America, Alhaji Taiwo Salau had disclosed that the group was in the Government House to intimate the Governor about the recently procured ambulance for emergency cases on the roads.
