Senator Rafiu Ibrahim’s Community Development Projects; Monumental, Laudable – Saraki’s Aide

A Senior Legislative Aide to the Nigerian Senate President, Akeem Amao, has commended Senator, (Dr.) Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim representing Kwara South Senatorial district at the National Assembly for his impacts on the people through various projects implemented in the constituency.

Amao gave the commendation while reacting to the latest commissioning of various projects across the local government areas within the senatorial district.

Amao explained that the gesture displayed by the lawmaker to impact meaningfully on the people of Kwara South was commendable as a way of giving back to the society, the dividends of democracy and good governance.

According to him, *”I’m impressed with the level of Senator Rafiu’s achievement, it is really commendable as everyone can see his hand everywhere. It will bring multiplier effects to the society. The man is indeed, a God sent to the people of Kwara South”.*

Hon. Akeem appealed to the people of Kwara South senatorial district to redouble their supports for the lawmaker and encourage him to serve more in public capacity to deliver more dividends of good governance to them.

The projects, raging from community and rural electrification, provision of motorized boreholes, public toilets in prime markets and renovation of public library have been described by the people of the district as timely and people oriented.

Hon. Akeem Amao, therefore, called on other stakeholders both in public and private sector to play their part and not leave the business of community development to the government officials alone. “We all have a part to play in the development of our people and the community itself, we should not let the task be loaded on one sector,” he said.

“I sincerely appreciate the Senator, not only because he’s my kinsman from the same town but also for his unquantifiable achievements in the senatorial district and wish him the best in his future endeavours,” Amao concluded.
