As part of events to celebrate her birthday, Alabi Aisha Abdullateef, has awarded scholarship to three students of Osi Central Secondary School, Osi, in Ekiti LGA, Kwara State.
The beneficiaries are Ajiboye Sobur (JSS 1), Oladele Feranmi (JSS 2), and Samuel Olayinka (JSS 3).
The celebrant, a teacher in the school, said the gesture is to give back to the society and also encourage the pupils to be studious and of good conduct.
“It has always been my dream to impact the lives of the younger ones.
This is informed by my background and the zeal towards education and community development,” she said.
Benjamin Moses, a JSS 3 student, on behalf of the students expressed appreciation for the scholarship.
The student described the celebrant as kindhearted and a gift to the school.
He prayed for the celebrant to continue to excel in her endeavors.
Members of staff, family, associates and friends joined the students to celebrate with the celebrant.
