The gubernatorial candidate of the Kwara State Peoples Democratic Party, Alh. Shuaibu Yaman Abdullahi has extended his condolences to the people of Shao over the death of the Chief Imam of the community, Sheikh Habibullaah Muhammad Jamiu Bamgbola.
According to Alh. Yaman, the death of the chief Imam has created a deep gap in the ongoing moral regeneration of the society and dissemination of Islamic knowledge.
The gubernatorial candidate described the late Imam as a bold but courageous scholar whose religious teachings have had tremendous impacts on the lives of the community.
Alh. Yaman condoled His Royal Highness, the Ohoro of Shao, the family of the deceased, religious scholars across the state and Muslim Ummah over the death of Sheikh Habibullaah Muhammad.
He prayed that Almighty Allah forgives his sins, grants him Aljannatul firdaous and protects those he left behind.
