Karakata Empowerment Beneficiaries complete Practical Assessment Classes, set for Business Mentorship Session with Sen. Rafiu Ibrahim

The Digital, E – Commerce and Digital finance empowerment under the Karakata Scheme started its trainings 4 weeks ago in online digital platforms.

The 350 Beneficiaries from Kwara South after a 3 weeks training exercise have just completed their physical training and assessments at Omu Aran and Offa respectively, to decide the Super and Mega Stars of the 2022 edition.

The Technical Team Lead of Karakata Empowerment 2022; Barrister Joseph Titilope Akogun who charged the participants to give more of passion, financial discipline and be prepared to implement all that they had been taught at Karakata 2022, for them not to return to the job search market after the closing ceremonies.

He continued by reminding the participants “in the history of Kwara South, no one, not even an office holder, has ever empowered people to the tune of 350, with requisite trainings and N50,000, N100,000, N250,000 respectively”.

The 350 participants are set to meet with the Karakata Empowerment Sponsor; Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim on Friday for a Business Mentorship Session, at the PDP Senatorial Candidate Constituency/Party Office in Omupo.

The participants are expected to engage with the PDP Senatorial Candidate towards sustaining the Legacy Of Hope.

The Session would be followed by an inter LG Football Competition in Kwara South from Monday 13th February, 2023, where the first 3 LGAs would emerge to claim cash prices and Karakata 2022 would be concluded with a befitting Closing ceremony to the admiration of all.
