NANS and NAKSS get automobiles from Governor AbdulRazaq
Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has provided one automobile to each of the state’s student organizations.
The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) and the National Association of Kwara State Students are the student organizations (NAKSS). The cars were handed to the bodies on behalf of the Governor by Dr Afeez Abolore, Commissioner of Tertiary Education, during a function on Wednesday.
Governor AbdulRazaq has always regarded the two student organizations as significant stakeholders and government partners.
Vehicles will make it easier for the organizations to carry out their operations in the best interests of the students.
AbdulRazaq government has consistently prioritized the wellbeing of the state’s pupils.
Apart from ensuring a digital platform for the payment of their bursaries, which has made the procedure more efficient, AbdulRazaq has also boosted the bursaries of indigenous students by 100%. (from N5,000 to N10,000).
