BREAKING: Quincy Promes has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for stabbing his cousin

Quincy Promes was sentenced to 18 months in prison on Monday for attacking his cousin. The terrible assault is established in court. There were no charges of attempted murder or manslaughter. The Spartak Moscow footballer was condemned to 18 months in prison and ordered to give his nephew restitution.

Despite Promes’ denial, the court concludes that there is sufficient evidence to favor Promes. This is supported by two eyewitnesses, the cousin, and the intercepted chats. App discussions on the 50-time international’s phone revealed that the footballer had stabbed.Another member of the family was identified as the offender. The court, however, did not take that story seriously. Nobody noticed Promes aiming for important organs. According to the court, he expressed his desire to punch the nephew in the neck via app discussions, both in emotion and in private. The flanker must compensate his nephew with 7000 euros.
