Video: Missouri teacher Brianna Coppage video goes viral and suspended from work
A Missouri teacher has been placed on leave after her boss found out that she had an OnlyFans account with her husband. Brianna Coppage, a 28-year-old English teacher at St. Clair High School, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that she was placed on leave after an interview with two administrators.
Coppage claimed that it wasn’t unexpected because locals were starting to learn about her OnlyFans page.
Coppage claimed that she signed up for the OnlyFans website over the summer in order to supplement her second-year teaching income. According to the newspaper’s public pay database, she earned roughly $42,000 last year while teaching English to freshmen and sophomores. She claimed that appearing on OnlyFans brought in an extra $8,000 to $10,000 per month.
“It was kind of always like this cloud hanging over my head, like I never knew when I would be discovered,” Coppage told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
“Then, about two weeks ago, my husband and I were told that people were finding out about it. So I knew this day was coming.”
Coppage added: ‘I taught the curriculum. I taught students reading and writing, and I didn’t guide them on my thoughts or beliefs. … And I can’t control what people think of me.’

The St. Clair School District has not released a statement about Coppage’s suspension. However, the district’s policy on social media states that employees are prohibited from posting “inappropriate or offensive” content online.
Coppage’s suspension has sparked a debate about the privacy rights of teachers and whether or not their personal lives should be a factor in their employment. Some people believe that Coppage’s suspension is unfair and that she should be allowed to have a private life. Others believe that the school district has a right to set standards for its employees and that Coppage’s OnlyFans account is inappropriate for a teacher.
