FULL VIDEO: Johni Broome knocks off Morgan Freeman hand for grabbing his jersey
American actor and filmmaker Morgan Freeman’s hand appeared to be knocked off by college basketball player Johni Broome as he grabbed his jersey on the basketball court.
However, he quickly turned around to welcome and acknowledge the seasoned actor after realizing later that it was him.
Johni Broome a former player of Morehead State Eagles, Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) currently plays for Auburn Tiger, Southeastern Conference. The 6 inches (15cm) baller was named the Hillsborough County Player of the Year.
Broome nets an average of 19.6 points, 2.2 blocks and about 10.9 rebounds per game.
Morgan Freeman Born in Memphis, Tennessee and grew up at Mississippi is an American actor, filmmaker, and narrator known for his distinctive, deep voice.
The veteran actor carved a niche in his career and bagged Academy Award, Golden Globe Award, Kennedy Center Honor, AFI Life Achievement Award in 2011, the Cecil B. DeMille Award in 2012, Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award in 2018 and a Screen Actors Guild Award as well as a nomination for a Tony Award.
