Ramadan1445: PDP Extends Heartfelt Greetings to Muslim Faithful as Ramadan Commences

…Urges Muslims to Remember Kwara, Nigeria in Prayers

The Kwara state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) has extended heartfelt greetings to Muslim faithful in the state and across the globe on the commencement of the year 1445/2024 Ramadan Fasting. The Party urged them to be steadfast and committed to their trust in Allah’s ultimate power to ease the complex affairs of mankind.

In a statement issued in Ilorin on Sunday and signed by the Party’s State Publicity Secretary, Olusegun Olusola Adewara (Sholyments), the Party emphasized the significance of Ramadan as a period where Muslims worldwide reinforce their faith, compassion, empathy, forgiveness and perseverance.

The Kwara PDP congratulated the Muslim faithful and welcomed them to the sacred Month with a plea to remember our beloved state and its people in their prayers.

“We firmly believe that the prayers of Muslim Ummah are essential in drawing Allah’s ultimate mercy upon us, enabling us to overcome the challenges of insecurity, hardship, pervasive hunger, and other social vices that plague our society.

“As a diverse yet united people, we are spiritually fortified through the collective prayers of the Ummah. We call upon Allah to accept the prayers and sacrifices of all Muslims and to bless our state and nation abundantly with His grace and mercy in this sacred Month and beyond.

“In this auspicious month of Ramadan, let us remain steadfast and committed in our prayers for a better Kwara, where shared prosperity will be restored for all,” the Party stated.
