Kwara PDP Commended For Providing Fertilizers For Party Members

Kwara state PDP has been commended for supporting smallholder farmers among its members through the provision of fertilizers.

Chairman of the party in Kwara North senatorial district, Hon Ndako Pkada in a statement he issued in Ilorin on Friday, noted that the necessary supports given to party members by the state PDP will make it easy for the beneficiaries to ‘fully’ earn the reward of the growing season.

Alhaji Pkada added that what the party has done has also shown that priority has been given to the welfare of members while calling the provision of fertilizers to party members ‘a felicitous intervention’.

He also commended the state PDP under Alhaji Tunde Mohammed’s leadership for providing needed support for the farmers, noting that this will go a long way in easing things for the beneficiaries.

Alhaji Pkada also specially praised Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki’s leadership qualities while commending him for remaining an altruistic person.

‘A friend in need, is a friend indeed, the party leaders have shown kindness and once again, they have made it known to all that they value our members and will always look into our welfare .

This is a felicitous intervention cognizant of the current food inflation, and economic hardships faced by Nigerians.

This is a good step in the right direction, I commend our leaders for doing this despite that we are not the ruling party either at the state or the federal level.

’I urge the beneficiaries to put the fertilizers to good use while our party members in the state should continue to take steps to strengthen our party and we pray that Kwara will become a PDP-controlled party in 2027’ he said
