Dear Kwarans, Otukoko has message for you as Local Government Election comes nearer

An effective local government system is a guarantee to food security and an assured way out from the menace of hunger and starvation.

To achieve the desired sustainable local government system, the Council must operate its full autonomy and that can only be driven effectively by voting a leadership that can operate independently as a tier of government on its own. This can only be achieved by supporting the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the coming Local Government elections.

In a state like Kwara where the Legislative arm is failing in its statutory role of checking the excesse of the executive, hunger and starvation result and to put an end the suffering of the masses, only a Local Government leadership made of the opposition party can play the rescue game.

Support PDP to end bad government in Kwara.
