Photos: Gunmen behead Imo LGA boss Despite Collecting 6 Million
Gunmen abducted and beheaded Chris Ohizu, the sole administrator of Imo State’s Ideato North Local Government Area.
After his rural home in the Imoko community of the Arondizuogu section of the LGA was set on fire on Friday, Ohizu and two other people were kidnapped.

According to reports, the council chairman was slain on Sunday after his kidnappers allegedly demanded an N6 million ransom.
His beheading was captured on camera on Sunday, and his murderers vowed there would be no election in the country.
The gunmen in his statement “Hope Hope you see this man kneeling here. You know this man. The way I am killing this man is the way I am going to kill you. You think hiring soldiers will save you.
“We are not ESN, IPOB, we are a set group of people that see what is happening in the land and we are saying no. We must fight to make sure that Biafra is restored. Biafra must be restored. As far as the Eastern region is concerned no election.”
