A video making a round shows a man pulling out a gun on a construction worker for been too loud. The man was seen hold a gun at the side and was yelling at the construction worker.
The man with the gun accused the worker of always waking him up with a loud noise every morning and that he has warn them before. He said they always park in front of his house and create a hell of a noise.
This has generated a mixed reaction online.
Brandishing a gun while yelling is not the same as carrying. This guy is about to catch a felony brandishing and intimidation charge from the looks of it.
