The chairman of the Kwara State House of Assembly Services Commission, Mr Femi Yusuf, has been remanded in Mandala Correctional Centre for alleged defamation pressed against him.
The court remanded Femi Yusuf pending the determination of his bail and continuation of the hearing.
Femi Yusuf, fondly known as Koto koto koto during the pre-2019 elections is widely known for inflammatory remarks against the previous government and was rewarded by the Abdulrazaq-led government for his nefarious activities against several government officials within the rank of PDP.
His remand, according to inside sources premised on his link to the defamatory content published against the former PPS to Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq who had earlier arrested some online journalists for their publications.
