Yaman Abdullahi, other Kwara North PDP Chieftains Pictured in Jos
In a significant show of unity and support, prominent PDP chieftains from Kwara North, including Alhaji Yaman Abdullahi, 2023 gubernatorial candidate and Hon. Adamu Bawa, 2023 Kwara North Senatorial Candidate, pictured during the North Central Caucus Meeting which took place shortly after a special dinner hosted by the Plateau State Governor, Barr Caleb Mutfwang, at the Government House Banquet Hall in Jos.
Other notable attendees included: Prof Yisa Gana, former Nigerian Ambassador to Japan, Pharm Nana Sulaiman, North Central Woman Leader of the PDP, Hon. Idris Mudashir Khenkhen, Kwara State Deputy Chairman of the PDP.
Others who hailed from Kwara Central and South Senatorial Districts were: Hon. Nimata Ibrahim and Alhaji Jimoh Balogun, newly inaugurated BOT members, Hon Kola Shittu, former Chairman of the PDP, Mallam Kayode Abdullahi, current Kwara State Secretary of the PDP.
The brief meeting by Kwara caucus members centered on strengthening the PDP under the leadership of Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki ahead of the 2027 elections. The gathering demonstrated the party’s commitment to unity and preparedness for future electoral challenges in Kwara State.
This event precedes the PDP zonal congress in Jos, highlighting the party’s efforts to consolidate its structure and position itself for success in future elections.
