As part of the White House lawn party on Saturday, Montoya released a TikTok on Monday that showed her being greeted by President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden and posing for a selfie taken by the President.
In front of the Truman Balcony with the Pride flag flying in the background, 27-year-old Rose Montoya was caught on camera removing her dress and touching her exposed breasts. She was one of the several visitors invited to celebrate Pride.
