Four of his neighbors are believed to have been shot and killed by the guy who claims he “lost it” and “snapped” when one of the victims allegedly exposed himself in front of his daughter.
Majorjon Kaylor, 31, was detained and charged with four charges of murder and one act of burglary. If found guilty of the killings that took place on June 18, he will be executed.

Police in Kellogg, Idaho, received a call shortly after 7 o’clock in the evening reporting that several individuals had been killed there.
The victims were identified by the police as being 65-year-old Kenneth Guardipee, his daughter Kenna Guardipee, 41, and her two sons, 18- and 16-year-old Devin Smith.

All of the deaths were determined to be firearm murders.
Soon after, Kaylor, who shared an apartment with the victims, was detained in connection with the deaths; the charges against him state that the shootings were premeditated.
The incident occurred a week earlier, according to the police, when Kaylor’s wife, Kaylee Kaylor, said Devin Smith masturbated as she and their little daughter were playing outside in front of his bedroom window.
Despite the fact that no one was detained in connection with the initial report, it was advised to the prosecutor to charge Smith with indecent exposure, a misdemeanor.
according to the NY Post, meaning either Smith wasn’t served papers before his death, or the case wasn’t made public for a different reason.
“We responded to the call, investigated the call, and the report was done that day and submitted to the prosecutor’s office for charges,” Kellogg Police Chief Paul Twidt said of the incident.

When police responded to the shooting call, they discovered Aiken Smith inside shot at point-blank range, Devin with several gunshot wounds at close range, and the two elder victims with bullet wounds to the temple.
Blood and tissue were detected on Kaylor’s pistol.
Both Kaylor and his wife argued with Smith’s mother about his actions before the shootings.
According to an affidavit seen by NBC News, they feared Kenneth Guardipee wasn’t taking the claims seriously.
Kaylor allegedly told investigators following his arrest that he “lost it,” “snapped,” and “did something about it,” according to CBS2 IdahoNews.
