Photos: British Airways pilot caught ‘snorting C0caine off topless woman’ before trying to fly plane
A British Airways pilot has been sacked after being caught snorting c*caine off a topless woman before trying to fly a plane.
According to a Sun newspaper article, the pilot, who is married, was flagged after bragging to a stewardess about using the substance, who then reported the event, that he had done so.
Mike Beaton was arrested at Gatwick Airport after police were alerted to his behavior. He was found to have cocaine in his system and was charged with possession of a Class A drug.
The 12-hour journey was then canceled by managers, costing the airline an estimated £100,000.
The father of one was placed on leave, then flew home the next day as a passenger before being subjected to a drug test at Heathrow.

Beaton was later convicted of the charge and was sentenced to a 12-month community order. He has also been sacked by British Airways.
A British Airways spokesperson said: “We have a zero-tolerance policy to drugs and alcohol, and we take any allegations of misuse extremely seriously. This individual is no longer employed by British Airways.”
The Civil Aviation Authority has revoked Mr. Beaton’s medical clearance, making him ineligible to fly.
“An airline must immediately inform us if a UK pilot has misused drink or drugs boarding, or being on board, an aircraft,” a CAA spokesperson told Sky News.
“In these cases we would immediately suspend the pilot’s medical which means they cannot fly.
