According to a recent story, the Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department officers just pounced on a minibus driver who was spotted urinating on the side of the road. In fact, the man parked his car next to the road, opened the driver’s door, and urinated on the pavement.
They easily could have given him a ticket, but they didn’t! The cab driver’s inventiveness led him to wipe up his pee instead while on the road.
That’s probably one method to instill the idea of “taking responsibility for your actions,” we suppose.

The man was spotted haplessly washing his pee while cops kept an eye on him to make sure he cleaned the area completely before leaving.
