Its actually shocking looking at the way our young ones reason nowadays. Two teens deliberately run over an elder man on a bicycle just for fun. The apparent hit-and-run fatality of a bicycle in Las Vegas was captured on camera by the perpetrator of the act.
The teen, who is 17 years old, was identified as the passenger in a car that was driven by another teen into a group of cyclists on Saturday. The cyclists were riding on a bike path when the car swerved into them, hitting one of them and killing him.
As his friend laughed and recorded with his phone from inside the car, the 17-year-old driver can be heard planning to run over the bicycle.Before killing Andreas Probst, a 64-year-old retired police officer who was riding his bicycle on a cycling path, the two youths can be heard shouting “Ready?” and “Yeah, hit him in the ass” while giggling.
The video of the incident went viral on social media, and the teen was widely condemned for his actions.
The teen was arrested on charges of accessory after the fact to murder and tampering with evidence. He is being held in juvenile detention.
The driver of the car, who is also 17 years old, was arrested on Saturday and charged with murder. He is also being held in juvenile detention.
The cyclist who was killed was identified as 59-year-old Thomas Palermo. He was a father of two and a grandfather of four.
