Cartel gangs and mafias are known for their gruesome and merciless k*llings all over the world. This seems to be the other othe day in south america countries which is struglling with drug control and USA is struggling with gun control.
Cartels, highly organized criminal organizations, have cast a long and dark shadow over many South American countries for decades. Their reach extends far beyond drug trafficking, infiltrating economies, fueling violence, and eroding faith in institutions.

In a video trending online, cartel gangs could be seen live in a gun battle. The location of the video could not be ascertained as at the time of this report. But some online users stated it to be in Puerto Rico.
The governments of South America have employed diverse tactics to counter cartels, such as stepped-up law enforcement, military incursions, and social initiatives that target the underlying reasons of criminal activity. But since the issue is so pervasive and the cartels are so flexible, these initiatives have frequently had little effect.
