Full Video: How gunmen broke into a TV studio during a live broadcast in Ecuador
Employees of public television channel TC were forced to the floor when gunmen burst into the live studio during a program.
The horrifying image features the masked intruders wielding shotguns while yelling at employees. Off-camera, a woman’s screams appear to be coming from agony. According to the AFP, one woman was heard screaming, “Please don’t shoot.”
After the attack, which injured two employees, police made thirteen arrests.

Despite the set’s lights going out, the live broadcast proceeded on without interruption. Police were observed entering about half an hour after the gunman first appeared.
One uniformed man yelled, “Police, police.” “We have a wounded colleague,” the man said.
